Hicham grew up in bustling Casablanca before leaving Morocco to pursue his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. He then joined Google where he spent four years in Product and Sales Marketing before moving to Boston to complete his MBA at Harvard. His passion for drumming is equaled only by his love of Moroccan mint tea.

Ghassan grew up in Rabat and has explored every corner of Morocco along with over 60 countries. He received his master's from Mines Paris and then worked at Morgan Stanley and McKinsey & Co. He went on to pursue his MBA at Harvard as a Fulbright scholar. A consummate nerd and cinephile, Ghassan enjoys solving puzzles and is a big fan of auteur films

Tucker grew up in Alabama with a love for travel since a young age. He received his MBA at IESE in Spain and then worked at Morgan Stanley in London. Tucker has since held CFO roles and led fundraisings totalling more than $100m in equity and venture debt as well as private company exits. A traveller to over 70 countries, Tucker is always seeking out the most exotic destinations.

Maryama stepped up to the GM role after leading EM’s Business Development efforts for four years. She started her hospitality career at Kerzner before joining Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Combining her love for travel and her unique experience in the luxury hospitality industry, she oversees all departments and operations at EM. Her main goal is to ensure each EM guest is leaving Morocco with unforgettable memories.

Born and raised in Palermo, Sicily, Alberto received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in management from Università Cattolica in Milan. He started his career at Accenture and then worked at J.P. Morgan in Milan and New York, before obtaining his MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. Addicted to the sea, on his time off, you will likely find Alberto windsurfing in his native Gulf of Mondello.

Ihab grew up in Morocco and graduated from Ecoles des Mines de Nancy in France.He started his career in Silicon Valley as an IT consultant before discovering his passion for product management. He has worked in several American and French technology startups designing their products.Ihab is an avid tennis player, as well as a classical and arabic music fan.

Juan was born in Madrid but raised in Southern Brazil, London, and Dubai before relocating to the USA to complete his bachelor's degree in International Business. He then joined Mercedes-Benz in the Middle East as a Business Development Executive before returning to Spain to work in Investment Banking at BBVA and pursue his MBA at IESE Business School. He loves to play tennis but his affection for a seaside paella in Ibiza is equally profound.

Cintli, an Economics graduate from Mexico City, discovered her passion for traveling during an exchange program in Italy. She later earned an MBA from ESADE in Spain and participated in an exchange at Booth in Chicago. With a successful career spanning finance to commercial roles in companies like Merck and J&J, Cintli is now excited to apply her knowledge to create transformative travel experiences. You'll frequently find her exploring culinary delights and enjoying serene beaches.

Chloe has had a lifelong connection to Bali. With degrees in Geology and Accounting from UNSW, her post-graduate thesis explored the impacts of tourism on Balinese society. Chloe has over five years in C-level executive roles, excelling in business development, finance, marketing, and sales. She has successfully launched and scaled brands in real estate, fashion and hospitality, managed substantial marketing budgets, and led diverse global teams. Chloe loves all things to do with anthropology, biohacking, environmentalism and the arts.

With a BA Honours in International Marketing, Karen has over 30 years experience in the UK travel industry, holding leadership positions in escorted tour, beach, rail and cruise companies such as Kuoni, Shearings, First Choice, Thomas Cook and Airtours, and winning industry awards for her travel marketing campaigns. She is now focusing on the UK as a destination, showcasing all it has to offer overseas visitors with an exceptional range of innovative and creative itineraries. Despite being a frequent flyer, she has yet to master the art of travelling light.

Hiroshi is a business professional dedicated to delivering the highest quality to customers. Born and raised in Japan, he graduated from Waseda University and began his banking career at Mizuho Bank, honing his analytical acumen, executive communication skills, and professionalism. He obtained his MBA from UCLA Anderson seeking global exposure. During his MBA, he organized a Japan Trek for over 200 participants with a tailor-made itinerary, which ignited his passion for travel. Fluent in English and Japanese, Hiroshi enjoys discovering excellent ramen restaurants and exploring scenic countryside by train.

Hélène began with a strong academic foundation at Sciences Po where she acquired a thorough knowledge of France’s history and culture. After specializing in political economy at the LSE, she started her career at the ECB where she developed a solid taste for growing international ties. She joined the INSEAD MBA to fulfill her desire to create business value while leveraging her creative skills. Fluent in multiple languages, Hélène is passionate about arts, literature, and promoting women’s education. In her downtime, she enjoys designing jewelry, refurbishing historic buildings, doing yoga and organizing wonderful off the beaten track travels for her family.

Radia is a seasoned professional with a degree in Business Management and a robust background in the luxury travel industry, she has accumulated considerable experience across sales, operations, product management, and business development. Radia's expertise is exemplified by her previous role at Experience Morocco, where she successfully led the sales team, driving significant growth.  Beyond her professional endeavors, she is passionate about traveling, Latin dancing, and savoring culinary experiences.
